We process the account details you provide and the business records and documents you upload, solely to operate the service for your organization.

When AI features are used, relevant excerpts of your records or documents are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the requested output. Do not upload personal data you are not permitted to process.

Data is isolated per organization. Owners can delete an organization and its data from Settings. Contact the operator of this deployment for data requests.
